Kim Meggs is the Clinical Outreach Manager for Amen Clinics San Francisco covering Northern California and N.NV. She brings a patient-centered approach to every conversation and partnership, focusing on brain health as the cornerstone of transformation and hope for those facing brain health, mental health, and brain injury challenges.
Kim started her career at the age of 17, as a Registered Dental Assistant, and spent 12 years in maxillofacial prosthodontics and other specialties.
With her clinical experience, she embarked on a 15-year adventure in dental and medical device sales as Director of Admissions, behavior health outreach, Business Analyst, and Sales/Marketing Course author/trainer. She also served on the board of Woman’s Association of Addiction treatment and supported organizations like NAMI and NEDA. As well as research and discovery, to understand the root causes in mental health, addiction, disordered eating, grief, trauma, and results of ACEs. During this discovery, she found Dr. Daniel Amen and Amen Clinics, (almost a decade ago).
Kim believes that a “Brain 1st, whole body approach”, holds the key to healing and these struggles are not a defect in our humanness, but rather a person’s unique, treatable challenge or disease state which can be overcome.

When I’m not working, you can find me near a body of water, enjoying time with my husband Robert, a Navy veteran of the Iraq War, or with my four grown children, and sweet DIL who all constantly make me laugh. I’m passionate about brain health and healing, music, (I’m a singer), kayaking, designing flower arrangements, and travel.
