“This is one of the most exciting breakthroughs in medicine, because with a better brain, always comes a better life. When you do the right things, you make your brain better and improve your life. When you do the wrong things, you hurt your brain and make your life harder.”

In the program, Dr. Amen shows the audience how to have the best brain possible, because with your best brain comes your best life. The program is divided into three segments.

In part one, he shares 7 simple principles to change your brain and change your life. He also gives viewers the one question you should ask yourself everyday if you really if you want to be successful in your life.

In part two, he shows viewers how to be happier, more focused, less anxious and less depressed by balancing three important brain systems. He also shows a sneaky “brain based strategy” to deal with the difficult people in your life.

And, in part three, he gives prescriptions for making a good brain great. You are not stuck with the brain you have, you can make it better and he will show you how, including how to prevent Alzheimer’s Disease, no kidding.

This program will also give viewers a completely new paradigm about why people struggle along with new insights into healing the brain.
