One of the best ways to start with our patient care process is to have a phone consultation with one of our professional staff members (physicans, physican assistants, or nurse practioners). The consultation will assist you in determining if our services are appropriate for your needs. Please fill out the contact form below and an Amen Clinic Patient Care Coordinator will call and set up your appointment within one to five business days. If you decide to schedule, the consultation has a cost of $150 per half hour. We look forward to helping you change your brain and change your life.
